The current project is up to 18 tracks, and climbing, and is running like a c hamp so far. I haven't had any problems connecting or anything. I have tracked 8 drum mics without a hitch and the D to A conversion has not had any latency problems. Owners can review the instructions to really get a good feel for the device and then dive in once they understand the basics. It sounds absolutely gorgeous. And that's not a huge problem since that computer is only used for one purpose.
