My DeskJetC printer will not print yellow, even with a new cartridge. I use multiple printers and on occasion I accidentally send the wrong print job to the c. I have an HP C deskjet printer. It looks like an inkdrop. The odds favor a cartridge problem. The document did not print and the paper is stuck under the roller very tightly and I can't get it out. Thanks for your kind input. I have a brand new ink cartridge and I have cleaned it and printed printre of the test pages. I don't recall the DJ series having an ink drop shaped light.
