How do I enable 2-sided printing with a Xerox DocuCentre-II C printer? - Super User

For some reason the default installation of the PCL drivers doesn't do this and your installed printer doesn't think it's capable of performing the double sided print. Now go to the 'Options' tab and click the 'Get Information from Printer' button: Email Required, but never shown. The printer works fine with everything except Word and Excel - as soon as you print from these applicaitons the applicaiton crashes and obviously fails to print.

Another possible issue is the paper type. This thread is locked. Daniel Jackson Replied on April 15, Right-click on a different printer other than the one you are using like Microsoft document writer or OneNote printer, and then set as default and try printing and check if it helps.
